- AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.
- This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.
Responsibilities
- Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory
Requirements
- EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required
- Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently
- Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance
- Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
