The Role We're looking for a Software Engineer, Build Infrastructure and Test who thrives at the intersection of device software, infrastructure, and real-world deployment.
Your work will span everything from building infrastructure on the edge to networking and observability on real devices in the field.
A history of building internal developer tools and CLI applications that automate away complexity and amplify team productivity.

3-5+ years of experience in Embedded Development, DevOps, or SRE-ideally shipping production ML systems within the robotics, autonomous vehicle, or consumer hardware space.
A collaborative mindset and a track record of translating complex product requirements into robust technical AI solutions.
What You Bring 3-5+ years of experience in Embedded Development, DevOps, or SRE-ideally shipping production ML systems within the robotics, autonomous vehicle, or consumer hardware space.

Experience architecting simulation pipelines, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments, and system-level testing frameworks.
Deep expertise across the stack for optimizing deployments to edge targets like NVIDIA Jetson or custom ARM SoCs.
Prior experience navigating the unique challenges of early-stage startups or fast-paced hardware manufacturing environments.

The compensation range for this position is $200-240k base + equity + benefits.
