About the role
- Summary Manufactures and installs aircraft wire harness assemblies and components using a variety of engineering data, tools and equipment in a timely and efficient fashion while ensuring quality standards are attained.

Responsibilities
- Performs wire marking, cutting and labeling duties.
- Performs testing and verification of final product.
- Designs and builds shop aids.
- Properly maintains shop tools and equipment.
- Maintains a neat, organized work area and helps with the general daily housekeeping of the department.
- Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.
Requirements
- Additional tools may be required.
- The minimum required tools must be obtained within 6 months after initial employment.
- Provides guidance to less experienced craftsman, and performs tasks as required for daily operation and long-term department goals.
- Wears safety equipment as required and complies with safety guidelines and procedures.
