About the role

The Dishwasher/Steward will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that everything is ready for daily operations.
This role is vital to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and contributing to our overall food safety and customer satisfaction standards.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and other work areas, ensuring they are free from debris and food residue.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
