About the role

  • Tebra's Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical supporting role in the outbound motion, focused on targeted outreach, initiating first conversations, and feeding early-stage pipeline to Account Executives.
  • The SDR will execute high-volume outbound motions with consistency, resilience, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (or HubSpot), tracking prospect interactions and progress throughout the sales cycle.

  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance team performance and collective success.
  • Designed to replace the clunky, fragmented tools built for corporate systems, Tebra connects EHR software, billing, automation, telehealth solution, and marketing - so providers can spend less time on admin and more time with patients.

Requirements

  • Familiarity and some experience with prospecting, cold calling and pipeline creation.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Success in this role requires comfort with rejection, strong organizational skills, and the ability to convert conversations into qualified meetings.

  • Exposure with CRM & sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach.

Compensation

  • In compliance with California pay transparency laws, the specific compensation range applicable to your Geo Zone will be shared during your initial talent screen.
  • $57,000 - $65,000 USD
