About the role
- We are a US-based MarTech consultancy specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and digital transformation for regulated industries including banking, healthcare, insurance, and retail.
- We are looking for an experienced OFS Developer to join our fully remote development team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify code in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices.
- Serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring team members including junior developers.
- Lead and actively participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
