About the role
- As Brand & Product Designer, you will be the connective tissue between how the world perceives Tavus and how they experience it.
- We aren't looking for a production artist.
- We're looking for a holistic thinker who understands that a user's journey doesn't start at the login screen; it starts with the first frame of a video or the first pixel of a landing page.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Brand: Lovingly and relentlessly evolve the soul and spirit of Tavus across our website, social presence, and sales collateral. You'll ensure our identity feels as bold, cinematic, and innovative as the bleeding-edge AI technology we build.
- Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product. You'll ensure visual fluency and a seamless design language that carries the user's experience from their first ad-click to their 100th persona deployment.
- Iterate on growth: Use your product mindset to optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces.
- You'll drive conversion not just through "hacks," but through world-class design, crisp storytelling, and a deep understanding of the user's psychological journey, from prospect to power-user.
- You'll contribute to our design system and take ownership of high-visibility product moments - onboarding flows, empty states, etc - that require an extra layer of brand magic and visual polish.
- You'll ensure our identity feels as bold, cinematic, and innovative as the bleeding-edge AI technology we build.
- You'll ensure visual fluency and a seamless design language that carries the user's experience from their first ad-click to their 100th persona deployment.
