Requirements

  • Do you have what it takes?
  • At least Eight (5) years of progressively responsible roles in construction and construction management, including at least 3 years of experience as an assistant superintendent on commercial projects
  • Ability to deal with situations involving sensitive and confidential company issues.
  • ability to communicate with all levels, both internally and externally.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office applications, general technology aptitude to learn assorted CM software (Procore, P6, etc.).
  • Knowledge of all different construction delivery systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • OSHA 30 certified First Aid/CPR certification within the past 24 months Why IC?
