  • Help transform educational outcomes for children, youth, adults, and families.

  • Work alongside dedicated educators, researchers, engineers, and nonprofit leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with educators, professionals, community leaders, supporters, and partner organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professionals and organizations that refer learners and families to programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking referral partners, stewardship, and engagement.
  • Support long-term relationship development with community partners and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes that support consistent, high-quality event delivery.
  • Frequent interaction with families, community members, partners, and team members.

Requirements

  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required, with advance notice
  • Some evening and weekend work required to support events and community activities.
  • Travel throughout Metro Vancouver and occasionally elsewhere in British Columbia may be required.

Compensation

  • $60,000 to $63,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • $1,000 RRSP contribution for 2026.
  • Updates on this may be offered during the interview process.
  • Paid office closure from December 25-January 1 annually.
