This is a fully onsite role requiring hands-on leadership across all phases of construction.
This role is suited for an experienced builder-operator who has successfully delivered custom luxury homes in remote or logistically complex environments.

Position Summary Starlight Development is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end, luxury single-family residential projects on Vancouver Island.
Projects may include coastal builds, access-limited sites, and requiring self-sufficient infrastructure and precise coordination of trades, materials, and schedules.

This role demands ownership, strong field presence, and the ability to operate with limited oversight while maintaining exceptional standards.
