Responsibilities
- This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.
Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing
- 2 to 5 years of clinical experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2 to 5 years of previous care management experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- MN Board of Nursing required
- WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required within 90 days of hire
- Care Manager Certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License required upon hire
- MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment for some departments upon hire
Compensation
- $44.64 to $61.76 per hour
- The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range.
- Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
