About the role

Job Responsibilities Prepare and analyze samples from manufacturing and handling processes using qualitative and quantitative techniques to determine compliance with established standards and specifications.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of chemical testing equipment and laboratory processes, with the ability to apply a variety of analytical methods during routine laboratory work.

Required experience with wet chemistry techniques.
Ability to learn, understand, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate findings clearly to management.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Preferred experience with analytical instrumentation, including Particle Analyzer, XRF, ICP-OES, and HPLC.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
Ability to accurately record, document, and maintain clear laboratory records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to adapt working schedule to production and business needs.
Commitment to upholding company values, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, consistently working safely and efficiently.
Collect, label, and handle samples from production and storage areas in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor laboratory systems and equipment to ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes, efficiency, and data quality.
Accurately record, analyze, interpret, and report laboratory data in a timely manner.
Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) as required.
Prepare, package, and ship chemicals and product samples (up to 5 gallons) in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Review and verify work performed by colleagues, as needed, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
