About the role
- Certify is hiring a strategic data-driven marketing executive who elevates Certify's market presence, accelerates revenue growth, and shapes how our products are positioned.
- Translate product strategy into high-impact collateral, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence that improves conversion and sales velocity.
- Execute a cohesive events strategy, including Blueprint, industry conferences, and targeted customer and prospect events, aligned to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale our growth marketing engine to drive predictable pipeline and revenue:
- Own the development of Certify's demand generation strategy across paid channels, content, SEO, ABM, events, and digital programs.
- Build a predictable pipeline model with clear lead, MQL, SQL, and opportunity targets that tie directly to revenue goals.
- Partner with Business Development to optimize funnel performance and improve conversion at every stage.
- Own marketing analytics and executive-level reporting, including dashboards, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead Product Marketing, Brand Narrative, and Category Leadership
- Own CertifyOS's end-to-end market narrative, from product positioning to category leadership in provider data infrastructure.
- Partner closely with Product to define clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation grounded in customer needs and market reality.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including segmentation, packaging, launch planning, and adoption measurement.
- Drive market research, win-loss analysis, and customer insights to validate market fit and inform both product and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
- Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, funnel performance, and ROI modeling.
- Experience partnering closely with product teams to define positioning, launch new products, and influence roadmaps.
- Strong executive presence and an ability to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and board members.
- Ability to translate complex technologies into simple and compelling messaging.
- Experience scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong hands-on leadership style with an ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Familiarity with optimizing marketing technology stacks across industry products
