About the role
- Hybrid Schedule 4 day onsite and 1 work from home day/week
- Facilitate psychosocial groups; conduct intakes, assessments, and referrals.
- Provide training and reflective supervision for staff, interns, and volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of MHPSS group interventions (First Aid Arts, Hope Groups, Amal for Children).
- Manage program logistics, calendar, and participant recruitment.

Requirements
- Valid drivers license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
- Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or multicultural populations.

- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Group facilitation and training experience with diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and case management systems.
- Bilingual skills (especially in refugee languages) are strongly preferred
- membership in a key client community.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State preferred.

- Track outcomes using validated tools; prepare reports for funders and leadership.

- 2+ years' experience in social work, mental health, or program management post graduation.
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
