Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage collaborative projects with OEMs, applying principles of experimental design and multi-physics modelling to develop innovative solutions.
- Manage intellectual asset protection and leverage within OEM partnerships, adhering to Technology Management Processes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of agility core practices and continuous improvement.
- Lead the testing and validation of new products, particularly in the context of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and related lubricant requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical liaison, business development, or R&D role within the automotive, lubricants, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of formulated product testing, rheology, and tribology principles.
- Experience with Intellectual Asset Management and Technology Management Processes.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle charging technologies and related material/lubricant challenges.
- A track record of thought leadership and contributing to scientific publications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

- Demonstrated ability to apply experimental design and multi-physics modelling in a practical setting.
- Exceptional influencing, analytical thinking, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
