Responsibilities

  • Provide software development project management + cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products. This includes understanding product and business requirements driving the engineering programs.
  • Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules and ensure they align with cross-functional upstream and downstream dependencies (Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, PM, etc) and correlate to end-to-end delivery commitments.
  • Drive effective and consistent processes in engineering organization, working with engineering leadership.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, and have a strong track record of facilitating enterprise level projects.
  • You have spent this time working directly with software engineering teams delivering software products to production.
  • You have mechanisms for risk and critical path management.
  • You enjoy taking the initiative and owning projects from start to finish
  • You can communicate effectively and bring strong process, project management and decision-making/facilitating skills.
  • You are a critical thinker who can be strategic without losing the attention to detail
  • We participate in E-Verify as required by applicable law.
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, and have a strong track record of facilitating enterprise level projects. You have spent this time working directly with software engineering teams delivering software products to production.
  • You have 2+ years of software development experience yourself, ideally in an area of building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • You bring technical dive-deep to guide the development process, and project management skills to ensure the proper solution is delivered to customers.
  • Your project management experience includes understanding and working with technical teams to build scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps.
  • You have experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders
  • You can build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered

Compensation
