About the role
- Form Energy is seeking a Senior Test Technician to play a key role in supporting Form Energy's full-scale battery testing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with established tools and norms around battery testing and will actively seek out new methods to assist technical development.
- This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to apply and expand their technical skills and lend their experience to directly impact the development of a breakthrough technology.
Responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose system failures and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and software teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an electrochemical, electrical, or mechanical testing environment.
- The test team works on a 40 hour work week with required weekend shifts with a 4 out of 6 weekend day rotation.
