As a member of our Yard Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our yard, supporting various aspects of girder production, and ensuring a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks related to yard operations.

Yard Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free yard to support safety and operational efficiency.
Perform general labor duties, as assigned, including: 1.
I nventory Operation and Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Perform regular inventory counts and inspections to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Assist in Production: Support production activities by transporting materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials throughout the workday.
Participate in safety meetings or trainings as required to stay informed on best practices and updates.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Must be open to training and hands-on guidance.

No prior experience required.
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping the work area clean and organized.
Effective communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
