Build deep relationships with your patients over time
Document care in a proprietary, user-friendly EMR

Our model gives clinicians the time, tools, and support they need to focus on what really matters: helping patients heal.
You will report to one of our Lead Physicians.

Have at least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience (functional medicine training a plus)

The salary for this role is targeted between $200,000 - $300,000, depending on skills and experience.
