About the role
- Responsible for filling orders for medications, monitoring patient medication therapies, and providing drug information.
- License/Certifications: Current licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Staff Pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel.
- Maintains accurate, complete patient medication profiles.
Requirements
- Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law.
- Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm D degree preferred.
