Responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct placement of tables, chairs, water services, etc., and supervise the daily operations of the Conference Services Set Up team, including Leads and Crew Members.
- Assign tasks, adjust staffing levels, and support daily scheduling based on event volume and operational needs.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes, procedures, and communication.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude while enforcing Snowbird policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- S elf-sufficient and motivated to lead oneself and team.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet rigid deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.

- The Conference Services Supervisor plays a key role in staffing, scheduling, training, equipment oversight, and cross-department coordination to support exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be prepared to stay overnight at the resort during occasional road closures.
- Must be able to lift 50- 75 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Advanced c omputer experience with Excel and Word.
- Food Handlers Permit required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Flexibility is required due to frequent schedule and event changes.

- $50k-$75k

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or a related field is preferred; education can be substituted.
