Responsibilities

  • For priorities identified, be a critical project team member to deliver expectations.
  • Drive own work-stream effectively with limited guidance, demonstrating initiative and the ability to be self-driven; proactively raise issues and challenges that occur along the way.
  • Drive relevant analysis and insights (be able to offer initial implications of analysis), both individually and with the help of PS/OUs/Functions to support rotating priorities and share results in a digestible manner to Operating Committee.
  • For specific workstreams, lead a network of peers and/or consultants to drive towards end-products and clear deliverables.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of business experience, with experience in strategy, finance, or other generalist fields
  • Graduate Degree in business, strategy or a related field
  • Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels, depending on priorities of the Strategy department, exemplifying network ways of working
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal). ability to synthesize, some ability to pull disparate analyses together into a single narrative
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel (for analysis) and PowerPoint (for visual communication)
  • Comfort with ambiguity
