About the role

- We make "the beautiful game" more available than ever before for soccer and fitness enthusiasts by providing easy access to the highest quality, 5-a-side, all-season soccer centers.
- We have 22 sites to date, with many more in the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and support all pickleball programming, including open play, court reservations, leagues, clinics, tournaments, private events, and rentals.
- Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of pickleball courts, common areas, and customer-facing spaces.
- Support events, tournaments, and group bookings as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
Nice to have
- Interest in or knowledge of pickleball preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer software and reservation systems preferred.
Skills
- This position requires strong communication, leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
Compensation
- $22.50 per hour
