Responsibilities
- Develop and manage and execute test plans to validate mechanical, electrical, and environmental failure modes for Low Voltage Wire Harnesses
- Support DFMEA activities to gain confidence that all potential failure modes are adequately covered within the validation plan.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and captured within the validation plan
- We partner with OEMs and suppliers across the mobility space, as well as clients in non-mobility industries, to deliver innovative solutions and accelerate product development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-7 years relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of test or validation experience related on grommets, terminals, connectors, harness and LV Components (Fusebox, Battery, Battery sensor, etc) including signal integrity
- Experience with a wide variety of lab and measurement equipment including but not limited to: DAQ, Power supply / E-load, Oscilloscope, Accelerometers, Thermocouples, CAN, LIN and automotive ethernet
- Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA and Kanban methodology.
- Experience with LIN, Ethernet, A2B communications
- Travel to client / test sites required.
- Experience on Production Processes such as Crimping, Welding, Stamping, Molding
- Familiarity with USCAR 2 and USCAR 21 Standards.
- The pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base pay only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.

- $65 - $73 USD
