Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Study Team and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), serving as a bridge between patients and the research teams. Effective communication and coordination are critical for study success.
- Maintain organized subject pre-screening logs to track patient progress, study enrollment, and compliance with study criteria.
- Maintain meticulous records of all patient interactions and communications. Accurate and comprehensive documentation is crucial to ensure a smooth patient journey through the clinical trial process.
- Communication Skills: Your friendly and outgoing personality, coupled with your strong verbal and written communication skills, allows you to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. You excel at building rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Self-Motivation: You bring a high level of self-motivation and energy to your work. Your dedication to the mission of Care Access drives your commitment to excellence in patient care and support.
- Maintain meticulous records of all patient interactions and communications.
- Your ability to maintain excellent customer service regardless of circumstances is highly valued.
Requirements
- Proficiency in clinical trials databases, and standard office software is essential.
- The Expertise Required
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and technology, you can navigate various platforms for managing patient data and scheduling.
- Proficiency with clinical trials databases, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
- Minimum Education:
- Minimum Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in patient recruitment.
- A minimum of 1 year of Clinical Research experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation
- The expected pay range for this role is $26.00 - $34.00 USD per hour for full time team members.
