Assist HVAC service technicians and team members with daily service operations and administrative support activities.
Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment.
Help document service activities, update work orders, and maintain accurate service records.
Support inventory, parts tracking, and organization of service materials and equipment.
Perform other assigned duties in support of the service team.
Based in a local service office or assigned market area, you will build technical knowledge, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to real-world service and maintenance activities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Currently enrolled in or pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in HVAC, mechanical systems, engineering technology, or a related field.
Ability to use basic computer applications such as email, Microsoft Office, or service-related systems.
Ability to work safely and follow all company safety procedures.
Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, or equipment within reasonable job limits.

$18.00 - $26.00 Compensation Type:
