Must be able to combine extend periods of time sitting at office or walking the shop floor to commit to his targets.
Must be able to maneuver all areas of the office.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment
Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives and reassign priorities.

Maximize machine utilization, labor efficiency, and throughput through strategic scheduling and resource allocation while consistently meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) commitments.
Champion a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability throughout the machine shop.
Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements while proactively eliminating unsafe conditions and behaviors to protect employees, contractors, and visitors.
Act as the primary escalation point for shop floor issues, communicating operational risks, constraints, and resource needs clearly and promptly.
Assist hiring interviews, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
