About the role
- This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service.
- This role will be split between two neighboring communities: Portofino Place East (416 Units) and Portofino Place West (396 Units).
Responsibilities
- Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Nice to have
- Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
Compensation
- Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
- Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
