Responsibilities
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Skills
- Two years of experience in a position with duties that combine customer service and financial or numeric skills
- Knowledge of COBRA law, policies, and administrative practices
- Strong math skills in order to identify and interpret patterns and trends in numbers
- Experience handling, posting, and balancing cash or premiums
- Strong organizational skills for setting work priorities and managing a high volume of information from multiple sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
- Ability to perform 10-key by touch (6,000 ksph)
- Ability to key both alpha and numeric (6,000 ksph)
- Gather, analyze, and interpret client requirements.
- Recommend administrative solutions to meet the client's unique requirements for individual billing and enrollment
- Install new and renewing clients in VSP's individual billing system, input rates to generate member bills, and track receivables
Compensation
- Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
- Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
