About the role
- We're seeking a driven Associate, Capital Markets to join Ramp's growing Finance and Capital Markets team.

Responsibilities
- Support the Capital Markets Team in live transactions with modeling, structuring, internal memos, lender communication, document review, and document execution
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of Ramp's warehouse facilities and ABS facilities
- Own the suite of Capital Markets models
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Experience with capital-intensive fintech businesses
