- What You'll Be Doing The Stifel Support Associate is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the ongoing support for Stifel's branch offices.
- What We're Looking For Accurately provides phone support with a high level of customer service while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines Proficiently provide support related to industry related questions, branch procedures and researches branch inquiries while acting as the company gatekeeper for Stifel information Identify potential problems or issues and escalate to department leadership if necessary Develop effective communication skills within the department and Stifel Branch Personnel Provide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadership Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other areas in the firm Manage large amounts of incoming calls and keeping record of caller interactions Provide the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communications Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward callers at all times What You'll Bring Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up on open tasks Strong communication skills including phone contact handling and active listening Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to learn Stifel's applications, industry rules/regulations and Stifel policies that pertain to the department and Stifel's branches Working knowledge of financial services applications, systems, terminology and procedures
