We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing engineering function at Algo and play a key role in shaping how our products are built, tested, documented, and continuously improved. Experience working with manufacturing documentation, ECO processes, BOMs, tooling, work instructions, audits, and process control.
Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability), NPI, and engineering-to-production handoffs.

Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.
Background in electronics, electromechanical products, PCB assembly, or technical manufacturing environments.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production data management.
Experience leading or mentoring a small technical or quality-focused team.
