Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, facilities operations, or related field
- Experience with CMMS systems, email, and standard computer software

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Leadership experience such as lead worker, crew leader, trainer, or acting supervisor
- Experience working with multiple building systems and maintenance practices
- Valid driver's license in good standings
Nice to have
- Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field
- Trade license or certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience supervising multi-trade work crews

- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Ability to read plans, schematics, and technical documents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- knowledge of multiple building systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to use CMMS systems, email, and standard computer software
Compensation
- $56,123 - $63,138; Commensurate with education and experience
