About the role

Amae Health is seeking an energetic and resourceful Community Liaison to join our Community Engagement Team.
This full-time role requires a home address within the Raleigh, NC region.
Coordinate rapid responses to urgent patient situations, collaborating with hospital systems, social workers, and providers

Actively manage and grow patient referrals in your region through systematic outreach to existing provider partners
Identify and develop new potential referral sources to grow Amae's presence
Develop quarterly market plans in collaboration with clinical and leadership teams

3+ years of client or customer-facing experience with defined engagement targets
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Raleigh region
General computer proficiency and ability to learn tools like Google Suite, Slack, and CRM systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking ability
New science and measurement frameworks to define what real outcomes look like in SMI.

Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
Base salary range for this role is $64,000-$80,000 per year plus incentive bonus, and will be adjusted to market cost.
