Responsibilities
- The Manufacturing Hi-Po Leadership Development Program at Legend Biotech is a 2.5-3 year leadership accelerator designed for high-potential Master's graduates seeking to build careers at the intersection of advanced therapy manufacturing, operational strategy, and global supply.
- This structured program integrates high-impact operations experiences, executive mentorship, and a Leadership Development Series focused on developing leaders at every level - from leading self and others to influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide business outcomes.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, or related discipline.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- If you are selected for employment, you will be required to complete the Form I-9 process, and your employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify in accordance with applicable federal law.
Compensation
- $83,711 - $109,870 USD
