About the role

  • This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to sit at the center of a fast-growing healthcare delivery organization as we scale from $20M to $100M in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Support driving strategic initiatives Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects that span multiple business lines or require executive sponsorship.
  • Coordinate operational readiness across Operations, Product, and Technology for new clients, acquisitions, and evolving delivery models Identify risks and resolve cross-functional roadblocks before they slow down execution Support business line leaders in achieving operational, financial, quality, and growth objectives by proactively identifying risks, resolving cross-functional issues, and improving execution.
  • You'll help translate strategy into execution, and build the systems that let leadership make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • We create webs of community circles by employing local and culturally competent engagement specialists whose hands-on approach is informed by a sophisticated analytics platform.

Nice to have

  • MBA or PMP a plus

Compensation
