About the role
- The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA.
- With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments.
- Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

- We are looking for a Field Engineer to support construction operations, coordinate field activities, and ensure project success.
Nice to have
- Conduct daily meetings with field crews to confirm schedule alignment, material deliveries, and equipment availability.
- Assist in field layout planning, utility marking coordination, and permit tracking before work zone mobilization.
- Analyze shop drawings, submittals, specifications, and contracts
- Record daily production quantities and costs using SR400's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Evaluate progress and alert supervisors to delays
- contribute to weekly 3-week lookahead updates and schedule adjustments.
- Assist in preparing reports, inspection requests, and quality control checklists
