About the role
- Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating a variety of developmental disorders
- Our population consists of Autism (ASD), ADHD, language-based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays
- Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re-evaluations
Responsibilities
- Real support from clinical leadership
- Space to innovate-build your dream group, pilot a program, or specialize
- Implement evidence based, neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques including sensory-based strategies and a strengths-based approach to improve independence in childhood occupations
- Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, psychologists, and other team members to provide a whole child approach
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
- 1-3 years experience preferred, but open to new graduates
