About the role

You'll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders in a highly collaborative, creative environment that values communication, a growth mindset, and true partnership.

Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies.
Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting.
In this role, you'll own 5-7 active GTM roles and manage the full recruitment cycle, from intake through offer.

Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style.

Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ.
Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role.
Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics.
