  • You'll serve as a leading change agent for your site, helping your team to navigate new initiatives and growth projects.
  • Operate: With your thumb on the pulse of all outcomes for your team, you will be directly responsible for driving results in one or more specific focus areas or a specific shift for your site.

Responsibilities

  • You'll demonstrate compassion and commitment to inclusivity as you lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads.
  • You'll hire, coach and develop high-performing team members, while building a safety-first culture where employees are excited to drive success, personally and for the team.
  • To achieve your performance targets, you'll drive success through effective scheduling and by executing inventory management processes and deploying best practices from across the network.
  • You'll engage cross-functional partners as needed for support.

Requirements

  • You're a proven leader.
  • You have managed high-performance teams of 5+ employees with successful performance and employee development outcomes.
  • You are a data-first problem solver and you have experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables.
  • You'll coach and empower your team to provide a highly quality customer experience with every order.
  • You have 3+ years' experience: In Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
  • You have 1+ years of experience managing a team
  • You have flexibility in your schedule.
