About the role
- ARCbuild is seeking an entrepreneurial co-founder / CEO to lead the company's development in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Drive ARCbuild's go-to-market and be the public face of the company.
- Create a KPI-driven and results-oriented culture.
- Ensure the successful integration and scaling of technology, AI, and automation across all operational areas (design, manufacturing, and delivery).
- This role requires a strong operator who can inspire teams, manage complex projects, and cultivate strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients.
- ARCbuild combines cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and operational excellence to deliver homes that set a new standard in real estate development.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization in the United States.
- The CEO will have a large degree of autonomy to shape the company's direction, implement innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on communities and the built environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven background in scaling high-growth ventures and demonstrate the resourcefulness and self-starter aptitude required to navigate ambiguity and execute in a capital-intensive industry.
Nice to have
- Fluent in English, currently based in the United States.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
