About the role

  • It is not a recipe-by-recipe ticket-taker role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build production recipes connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, Snowflake, The Well, and other systems in Bevi's enterprise stack
  • Establish patterns for fault tolerance, error handling, observability, and modular recipe design
  • Manage Workato environments (dev, test, prod), release process, and connector inventory
  • Lead the Workato citizen-builder program: governance, design review, approval, training, and documentation for business-built recipes
  • Lead the cross-system technical-debt reduction program (Q4 priority): scope, measurement, prioritization, and execution across the integration layer
  • Set integration design standards (logging, retry, idempotency, schema management) that apply across the EA team
  • Own EDI vendor evaluation and implementation (current: Staples onboarding, ANSI X12 4010, transaction sets including 810/850/856/214/997)
  • Lead vendor selection between EDI-as-a-service platforms (Orderful and similar) and consultant-led builds, including 3-year TCO analysis
  • Build internal capability for repeatable retail/B2B partner onboarding (Staples first

Nice to have

  • Deep hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform - Workato strongly preferred
  • MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray.io acceptable with willingness to ramp on Workato quickly
  • Proficiency with at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) for transformation logic, ad-hoc tooling, and AI-augmented development
  • Experience with master data management, golden-record design, or canonical data layer projects
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, or Snowflake as source/target systems
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and applied AI for integration design or troubleshooting
  • Background in B2B SaaS, hardware, IoT, or beverage/food-service company environments
  • Familiarity with Fivetran, dbt, or other modern data-stack tooling at the integration boundary

Compensation

  • $112,795 - $139,335 USD
