About the role

Responsibilities
- Support team to welcome and orient new clients to residence and review Community Life Guidelines.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in direct care (ministry, non-profit, or human services) or customer service.
- Computer & email proficiency.
- Conduct hourly rounds and required fire safety checks and/or required fire drills.
Skills
- Welcomes and orients new clients to campus.
- Oversees clients in daily community responsibilities.
- Fosters effective and supportive collaboration with other departments.
- Identifies unexpected and reoccurring problems, problem solves and provides timely information to impacted parties.
