Representation: Serve as an ambassador for ALSAC/St.

Relationship Development: Build new, maintain existing and grow all donor-centric relationships with peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraisers and supporters, corporate and community teams, individuals, and volunteer through face-to-face and strategic communication.
Manage a broader portfolio of large corporate and community teams to activate fundraising participation.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement cultivation and stewardship strategies to enhance engagement and philanthropic contributions.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to meet KPIs, integrate stewardship efforts, and align financial analysis with program goals.
Exceptional communication, relationship building, collaboration, problem solving and organizational/project management skills.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in fundraising, development, customer service, or sales.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least three (3) years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising and team coaching.
Background in philanthropy, sales, or marketing.
15-20% travel throughout the Delta Area (West TN, Mississippi and Arkansas)
