Work with analysts and their data sets in SQL, Python, R to optimize and troubleshoot ways to ingest into Red Hat's Customer Data Platform.
Develop data pipelines from disparate data sources to support both the analysis and activation of contact acquisition, engagement, and retention programs via Red Hat's Customer Data Platform.
Develop data sets across data lakes like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Red Shift, Starburst, Snowflake.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to build nimble audience segments, data requirements gathering, and support questions for audience segmentation.
Maintain knowledge of data elements and Adobe Experience Platform in the maintenance and definition of segment, event and attribute rule sets.
Collaborate across the Red Hat System of Sites to enable digital activation throughout the customer lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity.
Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package.
For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
The salary range for this position is $137,696 - $203,100 /year.

This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
