About the role

Must possess strong communication and time management skills to effectively work with patients, families, physicians, and all other health care disciplines.
include but not limited to: effective and efficient utilization of resources through day-to-day operations of the schedule, staff assignments, and staff development.
Assists with quality monitoring and the development and implementation of improvement action plans and department project work.

Associate's Degree (AA) Associate Degree in nursing (ADN) Required
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safety and security operations for the protection of people, data, property and company.
The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
Demonstrates knowledge and ensures competency and comprehension of all regulatory standards.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Actively looking for ways to help people.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
4-6 years Experience in area within the last five (5) years Preferred
Leadership training and/or experience Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred
