Responsibilities
- This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys operating in the details, partnering cross-functionally, and helping build processes in a growing public biotechnology company.
- Support earnings release tie-outs and disclosure controls
- Support technical accounting assessments and documentation for complex transactions, including:
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance deadlines and quality
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Compensation
- $184,000 - $215,000 (SF Bay Area). Salary ranges for non-California locations may vary.
- The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
- Own the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
