About the role

The specialist will also monitor the work of the insurance vendor to ensure premiums are paid and any customer-related issues are resolved timely.
The Insurance Specialist will also monitor a team email inbox and respond timely to all emails to resolve any issues.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following.

Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3 years experience in a similar position
Other appropriate duties may be required from time to time.
Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.
High School Diploma/GED
Proficient with MS Office
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
1 - 3 years experience in a similar position
