Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of complex software projects-encompassing planning, execution, and post-implementation support-ensuring strict alignment with evolving business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Proactively assess delivery capability gaps; build, mentor, and continuously upskill distributed and global delivery teams to deepen industry and product expertise.
Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, strategic vendors, and cross-functional departments.
We keep the customer experience centered in our decisions, from product to marketing to sales to services to support.
We communicate openly, support each other without reservation, and never hesitate to wear multiple hats to get the job done.
That spirit drives product development as well as personal growth.

8-10 years of proven executive leadership experience managing large-scale, end-to-end software delivery and complex enterprise digital transformations.
Demonstrated success in a "land and expand" commercial environment, with a track record of identifying new service opportunities and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
Expertise in managing global, distributed teams and optimizing multi-million dollar delivery budgets.
Exceptional influential communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong technical acumen regarding enterprise software products, deployment lifecycles, and configuration management.

A master's degree in a relevant field ( computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical Technology ) is preferred
