About the role
- This is a full-time non-exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
- You'll coordinate onboarding/pre-boarding, process role and organizational changes, and guide employees through the offboarding process.
- Your stakeholders trust you to prioritize dynamically, "sweat the details", and make sure no ball is dropped even when operating at pace. - Tech Enthusiast: You're naturally curious about technology and love finding smarter ways to work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for all Everlawyers. You'll be the guardian of our ticketing system, triaging incoming questions, and providing clear and empathetic answers across a wide range of topics.
- Own the operations for key milestones across the employee lifecycle.
- You invest in developing your subject matter expertise, and partner with teammates and external vendors when needed to deliver holistic solutions.
Requirements
- You'll keep us compliant and audit-ready, meticulously maintaining required documentation and partnering with Employment Counsel to manage all filings.
- You'll celebrate and codify what's working, while identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and actively driving the changes required to help us scale.

- The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
